PACKAGING, SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all candles FREE to UK customers using Parcelforce Express 48 service. We currently only ship to UK destinations and take great care to ensure your large multi wick luxury candle arrives with you safely. We believe Royal Mail's Parcelforce are the best people fully accountable to entrust with a valuable item.
We aim to dispatch orders within a day or so and Parcelforce usually then delivers within 2 days. The package is tracked through its delivery journey including proof of final delivery. You may receive an estimated delivery window and if you're not in you can give them delivery instructions.
These are large candles so each one comes inside its own quality sturdy black gift box, which is then secured inside the postage cardboard outer box using thick shock absorbent corner pads. Every package is marked ‘FRAGILE, HANDLE WITH CARE and THIS WAY UP’.
DAMAGED ITEM -
If the package arrives and you can hear broken glass inside please REFUSE DELIVERY & ASK THE PARCELFORCE DRIVER TO NOTE 'DAMAGED', then email us and we will send a replacement.
If you accept delivery and then find out the glass bowl is broken, simply email us a picture of the unused, broken candle with your name and order details and we will send a replacement of the item you ordered.
